August 4th (Posted August 5th)
While we did not get into a new province today we did move on from Lake Superior to Lake Huron.
The route took us along the shore of :Lake Superior, through Sault Ste. Marie, a city of 75,000 people, and our first “big” city since Thunder Bay.
In "The Soo", we stopped at Tim Horton’s for lunch and a few Iced cappuccinos, to prepare us for a jaunt north of Lake Huron shore thourgh a series of rolling hills with some grades as steep as 13% - quite the slog on another hot (85°+F), humid afternoon.
We logged a tad over 107 miles for the day making it two days of back-to-back centuries.
Our campsite in Thessalon was on the shore of Lake Huron, another evening in the lake instead of waiting in line for showers.
